Colleen Durkin Peterson named WSAJ 2026 Trial Lawyer of The Year

One. That’s how many Tom Chambers Trial Lawyers of the Year the Washington State Association for Justice names each year. This year, the honor goes to Friedman Rubin Partner Colleen Durkin Peterson!

In 2016, WSAJ gave Colleen its New Lawyer “Ready to Soar” Award. In the decade since, she has served as WSAJ’s President and helped win verdicts of $165 million, $100 million, and $72 million for students and staff exposed to Monsanto’s PCBs at Sky Valley Education Center.
