Biography

Compassion of a Nurse. Strength of a Trial Lawyer.

Jane Morrow brings a rare and powerful combination of medical expertise and trial advocacy to her legal practice. She began her professional career as a critical care nurse, where she provided hands-on care to thousands of patients requiring meticulous attention to complex medical needs. During her years in medicine, Jane witnessed firsthand the profound impact that legal accountability can have on patient safety and outcomes—an experience that ultimately led her to pursue a career in law.

Drawing on her background in healthcare, Jane has built a distinguished practice representing individuals and families who have suffered serious injury or loss due to negligence. She is a passionate advocate in seeking accountability in cases involving hospital and physician negligence, automobile collisions, nursing home negligence, vaccine injuries, dangerous drugs and medical products. Her ability to analyze and dissect complex medical issues allows her to effectively develop, litigate, and resolve high-stakes cases through the civil justice system.

Jane’s success as a trial lawyer is rooted in her unique ability to merge compassion, medical knowledge, and courtroom skill. Clients and colleagues alike recognize her commitment not only to securing just compensation, but also to honoring the humanity of those she represents. Throughout her career, Jane has been dedicated to advancing safer medical care for all patients. Through her advocacy, she has helped promote stronger safety regulations to prevent operating room fires, to protect children from experimental medical procedures, and reduce the presence of impaired healthcare providers in patient care settings.

A respected leader within the legal community, Jane has held numerous leadership roles with the Washington State Bar Association, including serving as a member and past Chair of the Litigation Section Executive Committee and as a past member of the Court Rules and Procedures Committee. She currently serves on the King County Judiciary and Litigation Committee. Jane has also served for many years on the board of the Washington State Association of Justice, where she chaired both the Court Rules and Judicial Relations Committees.

From 2016 through 2025, The National Trial Lawyers recognized Jane as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Washington State, reflecting her consistent excellence in advocacy and litigation.

Jane’s commitment to public safety extends beyond the courtroom. She has served on the Northwest Regional Board of the American Red Cross, including as Chair from 2019 to 2021, and remains actively involved through the Tiffany Circle and ongoing disaster-response deployments to communities affected by natural disasters.
