He has won large verdicts in difficult cases in the fields of personal injury, defamation, insurance bad faith, and business torts.
Partner since 1989, Jeffrey devotes his practice to representing policyholders in litigation against their insurance companies. Jeffrey’s early practice involved criminal defense in state and federal courts and representing injured individuals in personal injury litigation.
Alisa specializes in complex personal injury litigation and products liability with a focus on aviation. In addition to representing travelers, Alisa also represents pilots and flight attendants injured on airplanes. She has experience working on experimental aircraft, helicopter, single engine, and commercial and charter airplane crashes.
Henry’s areas of practice include plaintiff’s personal injury, insurance bad faith, and complex commercial litigation. He is a member of the Alaska, District of Columbia and Washington State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
Don has focuses on litigation involving wrongful death, negligence, product liability, and bad faith insurance claims. He has won five jury verdicts for plaintiffs each in excess of one million dollars and is an expert on the uses of cognitive neuroscience in the courtroom.

His practice focuses on class actions, insurance bad faith, corporate and commercial fraud and contract claims, personal injury, wrongful death, and product and professional liability. Roger prides himself on working hard for his clients, and giving them a powerful voice at the table.
Richard is a legal expert on issues of insurance coverage and insurance company good faith claims handling, achieving a number of confidential settlements involving payment of many millions of dollars for injured persons and businesses. He represents insurance policyholders and serves as personal counsel for large and small businesses, law firms and medical professionals.
